Obituary
Zoann Joy (Moore) MacFarland passed away peacefully on April 26, 2023.
Zoann was born on January 23, 1938 in Norristown, PA and was the daughter of the late Russell G. Moore and Dorothy (Weidner) Moore.
She was the beloved wife of the late, John L. MacFarland. Zoann is survived by her daughters, Joy Feliciano, (Edwin), and Jill Wolff, (Craig). She was a proud grandmother of her three grandsons, Kyle, Kurt, and Carson Wolff.
She was predeceased by her brother, Lonny R. Moore.
Zoann loved cooking, playing cards, and spending time with her friends and family.
She enjoyed the winter months in Naples, Florida, and many summer weeks at the beach in Sea Isle City, New Jersey.
Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandsons and attending their athletic contests.
In her passing, Zoann leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion and kindness.
She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her, but her spirit will live on in the memories of all those she touched.
May she rest in peace.
Funeral services and burial will be held private at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe funeral home.
