Salvatore Romano

Salvatore Romano passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016. He was 89. Mr. Romano of Collegeville was a retired office manager and was employed by Unisys. He was a member of Visitation BVM church. Salvatore was an avid runner. He enjoyed building model planes and ships playing the piano, hiking and tennis. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 25 and was the son of the late Thomas and Jennie (Cimino) Romano. He was the husband of the late Marie (Cumbo) Romano. He is survived by his son Tom (Susan) Romano two daughters Maria (David) Coker, Jen (Ken) Martcheck and 10 grand children. 
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Thursday, January 5 at 10 AM in Visitation church, Trooper. Burial St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 PM and Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton.
