Teresa B. Stong

Teresa B. (Branca) Stong passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016. She was 90. Mrs. Stong of
Blue Bell was a retired registered nurse and was employed at the Riverview Hospital, Suburban
General Hospital, and Norristown family practice. She was a member of the St. Helena's church and
the Center Square fire company Ladies auxiliary. Teresa graduated from the Norristown high school
and received her nursing degree from the Woman's Medical college, Phila. She enjoy traveling and
volunteered her time at the Norristown state hospital and St. Helena's church.
Born in Norristown on October 17, 1925 was the daughter of the late Carmen and Josephine
(Fondots) Branca. She was the wife of the late Edward H. Stong.
Surviving are four sons Drew (Kathy), Jeff (Lisa), Terrence (Linda), Bryan (Michelle) Stong. Eight
grandchildren Joel, Teresa, Donald, Jeffrey, Christopher, Mark, Amanda and Danielle. Two great
grandson Edward Joseph and Casey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Saturday, January 30 at 10 AM in St.
Helena's church, Blue Bell. There will be no viewing. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
